BAU Support/Work


IPPC 

  • Coordinate CSSAG and FRMSc sessions, consolidation of meeting slides
  • Collate updates for Hazard Risk Register, Master Risk Register, Cabin Services Register, ASC slides
  • Collate updates for CSI, HIRM, CS Manual from stakeholders
  • CSI and SEPM acknowledgement and follow-up.
  • Customer Experience
  • Be part of project management for end to end implementation of Inflight Scootitude activities by cabin crew
  • Plan, design, drive Inflight Scootitue activities by cabin crew.
  • Prepare & procure props to facilitate Scootitude activities 
  • Comms information about activities to cabin crew
  • Collate, reward participation and prepare monthly participation reports


Key Projects

  • IOSA Readiness Project - Assist with liaising with SEP training, Safety, CS staekholders to gather evidence, and formatting of manuals.
  • Compliance Applications - COVID, digitalising safety documents, moving of safety forms from Flight crew tablet to CIC tablet etc 
  • Safety Effectiveness Project - Assist with gathering safety statistics, maintain safety performance indicator. Develop safety campaigns (poster, video, articulate, Zunos quiz etc)
